"The second CigarFest for my brother and I and it was awesome! 1,600+ miles driving for the weekend but worth every one. We finally got to visit the CI superstore, which was a blast. Hanging with Nick Perdomo & Co. was fun! The staff at the CI store are top-notch! Brandon, Gonz...all you guys, you rock! Got to talk with Jonathan Drew again this year...he is the coolest cat around. So many cigars to try this summer thanks to the "Fest." Thanks again CI! See you next year!" |

Liked the new jeep raffle ticket format, just a suggestion to go back to traditional boxes, I always pick up an arm full of show samplers, and like to have the makers sign 'em." |

| "Best one yet. Each year they keep getting better and better. Splitrock did a better job of dumping ashtrays and garbage this year. Bands were good but not my taste in music. Food was great. Has to be hard to plan to feed over 3000 people? Some lines were slow but that is life. We all wanted to talk to the vendors. It takes time. The larger tent and food line in the perimeter of the tent kept the lines out there, not inside like last year. Good idea." |

The Split Rock Resort and CI provided the one-two punch that would have even floored the great Smokin' Joe Frazier. The deals, the food and the parties were amazing. Using Calling Cards and having to dial 30+ numbers after each busy signal, we were lucky enough to get through and secured our tickets. "So this was my first experience with Cigarfest and I have already decided that I do not need to experience another. It's not that we, my 3 pals and I, had a bad time but we didn't think it deserves a second run. You rush to stand in line all day. I love my custom humi and the 60+ cigars but if I were to do it again I would: 1) buy the regular tix, not the VIH 2) arrive at noon and tailgate for a few hours 3) go in at 5pm and not wait in line, they have plenty of smokes to give " |

Helpful would have been 'CI Greeters' offering helpful fest-tips; shuttle bus, where to eat, band schedule, (fest) floor map. Also, cigar related 'lectures', and/or whiskey tasting (for which I'd pay a little extra). Keep up the good work ... see you next year!" |
