Split Rock Resort is a teriffic place to hold the event accomidations were superb,we got upgraded to Chalet instead of the room we had at the lodge,what a treat. There are only two changes that I can think of for next year; have the ventalation improved and serve one other item at lunch besides the pork. People were letting others cut in line, offering lights to those who didnt have, and converstaions would just start wherever you were. met so many wonderful people. And the staff, wonderful, spent so much time talking with differnt staff members from everything to different brands to upcoming smokes. cannot wait for next year!!" |
